Diemup Publisher – TikTok Privacy Policy

1. Data we access

When an account owner connects a TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and explicitly authorizes the tool, we receive only the data covered by the approved scopes:

• •Basic profile information: open ID, display name and avatar (user.info.basic)
• •Account statistics such as follower and video counts (user.info.stats)
• •The list of videos published by the connected account and their public metrics (video.list)
• •Permission to upload and publish videos that our team has prepared (video.upload, video.publish)

2. Data we do not access

We do not access direct messages, contacts, followers' personal data or any data of TikTok users other than the connected accounts, and we do not use TikTok data for advertising profiling.

3. How we use the data

• •To publish videos created or licensed by our team, only after human approval
• •To show the performance of our own content in internal reports
• •To keep the connection active (refreshing access tokens)

4. Storage and security

Access and refresh tokens are stored server-side on a private server with restricted access. They are never sent to a browser, never written to application logs and never shared with third parties. All communication with TikTok uses HTTPS.

5. Sharing

TikTok data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties, except where required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is kept only while the account remains connected. You can revoke access at any time in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions). After access is revoked, or upon request, we delete stored tokens and related data within 30 days.
